It is a truly privilege to share this HM. This project taught me a lot, I want to thank all the people who gave me the opportunity to enter and touch on a delicate topic. Thanks to Peter Wilson a friend and colleague, Annecristie Badiu and all the staff of CAPTA. Drag Syndrome is the world’s first professional drag company for queens and kings with Down’s syndrome.They are using the power of drag to promote a message of radical acceptance for those with disabilities. Performers who hail from places across the UK, the London-based project gives artists with Down syndrome the opportunity to experiment with costumes, makeup, music, and perform on stage for global audiences.
